The TPPD Project is a total package solution designed for Teachers in Sub- Saharan African region in response to teaching & learning crisis in ‘The World Development Report 2018’ by the World Bank and UNESCO ‘2020 Global Education Monitoring Report’. For the next 8 years (2022 – 2030), the funding for the TPPD Project will be raised by World Human Capital Deployment Organization in Canada and Pan-Africa Joint Action on Education (PAJAE) Partners.

The Major Targets of the 2022 – 2030 TPPD Project

The principal target is to focus on the convergence of the teachers’ personal growth and professional development to become ‘Teacher human capital’ for the purpose of increasing the quality learning experiences for their students. Consequently, there are three principal targets:

    1. The Teachers Personal Development through investment in personal growth

    2. The Professional Development through investment in lifelong learning and continuous professional training participation.

    3. Building Students Learning management system (Student Digital Learning Platform) to increase student’s academic performance in both certificate examinations and aptitude test/entrance examinations.

    2. 2022 – 2030 Biennial African International School on Computation, Simulation, and Modelling (2022 – 2030 AISCSM).

The world digital transformation will continue to accelerate with the rapid advancement in the new disruptive technologies such as Machine learning, artificial intelligence, robotics, cloud computing and blockchain. The 2022 – 2030 Biennial African International School on Computation, Simulation, & Modelling (2022 – 2030 AISCSM) is envisioned to play a critical and decisive role in producing a new generation of African Human Capitals with intermediate & advanced computing & simulation skills needed to conduct research and teaching and contribute towards building Africa’s digital economy.

The WHCDO and its Partners in collaboration with African Academic Institutions shall invest in provision of Computing infrastructure, hardware, and academic/professional software accessible and affordable for all the students, staff, and teachers. This initiative will access international grants or/and donor agencies to establish a model 21st Century University Computation and Simulation Centres across African Academic Institutions.

We project that investment in the African Centre for Computation, Simulation, & Modeling (ACCSM) across participating Academic Institutions across Africa will change the landscape of computation, Simulation & modeling and therefore, contribute significantly to these Institutions capacity to produce significant digital human capitals by 2030.

The second major investment project designed for Universities across the African Continent is establishing the University Startup Ecosystem to kick-start students and teachers with potential ideas to scale them up to startups.
