WHCDO Mission

To invest in people’s inherent abilities for human capital development through WHCDO processes and systems.

The primary motivation for WHCDO as ‘Human Capital Champion’ is to inspire greater percentage of economically disadvantaged and so-called poor people (untapped human resources) to discover and develop the hidden untapped inherent abilities/potentials buried deep inside them. With only inspiration and faith in themselves, WHCDO will provide the structures, processes and systems which will guarantee transformation of such hidden inherent potentials into economically valuable skillsets.

These unmined human resources shall primarily drive their transformation process while WHCDO mission activities will focus on creating, maintaining, and optimizing the dynamics of structures, processes, and systems in realization of the vision.

The WHCDO mission activities is anchored on four principal foundations known as ‘Structures – Processes – Systems – Drivers (SPSD)’. The Drivers are the invisible hands driving the WHCDO human capital building systems.
